NEW JOINT VENTURE INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Mayfair Associated Investments has now structured a new joint venture which offers pre-selected private placement clients a totally secured investment opportunity with ZERO RISK TO THE CLIENT''S FUNDS AND WITH GUARANTEED YIELDS.
All new investments are sent direct to an Accountants/Solicitors’ bank secured escrow account and can only be used as per the terms of the signed agreement between Mayfair Associated Investments and the client.
All investments are totally guaranteed by a registered corporate Promissory Note issued against Mayfair Associated Investments’ own assets which will include the properties that are being purchased with the client’s funds.
A) Investments are held in an Accountants/Solicitors’ bank secured escrow account and can only be used for the purchase of pre-approved and independently appraised/re-valued properties as per the terms of the signed contract.
B) Purchase price - Mayfair Associated Investments will pay a maximum of 50% of the new independent appraised value.
C) Once the properties are registered in Mayfair Associated Investments’ name they will be re-sold at 70% of the new appraised value to one of Mayfair Associated Investments associated off-shore property buy-to-let companies.
D) With a Gross Profit of 40%, the net profits will be disbursed as per the terms of the signed contract.
E) If the client invests for a minimum 24 months term the client will receive a net payment of 50% of the profits on every flip of his investment funds. We expect to flip the funds every 40 calendar days, yielding approx 135% net p.a. to the client. However, the client can roll their 40 day payments for the term of the agreement and receive One compounded lump sum.
